What Surgery?

Eli had surgery, but you certainly wouldn't know it from his behavior. I'm not sure if that's a good thing, or a bad thing. The surgery went very good, and the surgical team was excellent. Eli was very funny when they gave him the Versed to help relax him. He wouldn't stop laughing, and was staring around the room like there were things floating in the air. He was a little agitated when he came out of anesthesia, trying to pull out his IV and pulling off his gown, throwing things and screaming. Once he calmed down, he was able to fall asleep for a few hours. But now, 2 days later, you wouldn't even know that he had surgery. He's been jumping, running, and acting like his crazy self! We've got another busy weekend ahead, but looking forward to our much needed vacation in Hilton Head in 2 weeks!
