One Friday

I have no words as I think about what Jesus did on Good Friday. I am blessed and thankful for his sacrifice. Without his death, there would be no ressurection, and without his ressurection there would be no salvation.

Mark 14:35 Going a little farther, he fell to the ground and prayed that if possible the hour might pass from him. 36"Abba, Father," he said, "everything is possible for you. Take this cup from me. Yet not what I will, but what you will."

Mark 15:33 At the sixth hour darkness came over the whole land until the ninth hour. 34And at the ninth hour Jesus cried out in a loud voice, "Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?"—which means, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?"
